DAILY SCHEDULE
Morning:
• 06:00 – Wake up
• 06:15 – Hygiene (brushing teeth, washing)
• 06:30 – Full body stretching
• 06:45 – Meditation / Breathing exercises (10–15 min)
• 07:00 – Morning run / cardi0• 07:45 – Shower
• 08:00 – Breakfast
Forenoon:
• 08:45 – Outdoor work and tasks (gardening, digging, wood gathering, building structures, etc.)
• 12:00 – Lunch
• 12:30 – Rest (15 min, quiet talking or checking messages)
Afternoon:
• 12:45 – Silent walk (30 min – time to reflect and calm)
• 13:15 – Group activities (games, learning skills, teamwork, swimming when possible)
• 15:00 – Strength training / martial arts / physical training (push-ups, pull-ups, team competitions)
• 16:00 – Shower
• 16:30 – Dinner
Evening:
• 17:30 – Evening discussion by the fire (daily review, stories, questions)
• 18:30 – Free time (journaling, reading, drawing, music, quiet games)
• 20:00 – Light dinner / herbal tea
• 20:30 – Preparing for sleep
• 21:00 – Lights out / sleep
DAY 1 – JUNE 24: TESTING & PREPARATION
Participants split into 3 groups based on readiness levels.
DAY 7 – JUNE 30: LONG WALK TO THE SPRING
22 KM hike (11 KM there, 11 KM back), swimming and resting at a cold creek.
